Thread: Do you like the new adsense ad code?

Well, i'm sure most of us have noticed the new way the Adsense code looks and works.
Do you like it?
I sure don't, it is just a pain in the but to quickly change colors, size, etc. Is there any advantage to this new code? It even takes up to 10 minutes to work properly!
I'm sticking to the old code.

Yeah I don't like it at all. Before I could have the setup section open for days while I tweaked things, just hit the back button when I wanted to change something. Now you are required to login again by the time it takes to show the ad and you are not happy with the colour choice or want to add another. Very time consuming!

Me either, I don't really generate new sites lately and kind of let the sites with adsense be. Now I'll have to go see what you're talking about. Google loves to make things more annoying for webmasters I swear :-)

It's definitely not handy.

I normally just go in, make a new channel, then copy a code from another site and change the channel name. That's a lot quicker than playing around getting it from the new setup.

I prefer it. :\

Before, I'd make a code.

Want to change it, and had to go through the whole process again.

Though, they don't get my colors right.

It's nice that you don't have to replace the code in the site again an again but the 10 minutes waiting is not nice....
