    Default Payrate for adsense.......

I feel payrate for adsense needs a revision. It is low. Does anyone share my views?

Do you feel adsense rules and rates need revision?

Personally, i don't like adsense. I mean you first need to accumulate $100, is simply height of idiocy google can reach up to.

Why on the earth would you want people to accumulate $100 before you pay them? Now google have their checkout system, why can't we find that as a payment option in there and also can't anyone in US draw a cheque less than $100? I am not from US, so don't know, But i don't suppose US banks disallow cheques if amount filled is $100. Do they?

I really don't value adsense or ones from those companies, because you place ad on your site and ad impression is there, besides it occupies your site page's space and at times makes it look little odd, still they pay you either per clicks or per impression and that too on reaching certain pay limit which if you can't reach, you end up doing free advertising for them. Exploitation in my view!

I removed adsense from my sites when i analyzed it all and my site as of now is doing better with sponsors and advertisers (private) paying lot more than what i could get from adsense in six months.

I don't know if it the payout needs to increase necessarily, we can get some decent clicks on our sites, but it is so inconsitant. You can go from a $9 click, to the next one being .10 drives me nuts!

Like google is going to change because you want them to. LOL

I do not use them anymore.
And getting to the point since I have directories, that I delete those sites submitted that are just adsense all over the place.

Especially those sites that have got to use those huge adsense ads!

    Rightly said.

Slowly people will start looking for other options and Google will realize it. If not, then either its client database will shrink or people will get other ad options to benefit from.

I thought i was the only one freaking out on adsense but it seems i am not alone.

Personally I see adsense paying out way too much, when I use adwords I almost always lose money as the 'payout' for keywords is so damn high.

    I use AdSense AND AdWords.

I opted out of contextual ads because of the MFA sites.
It's like flushing money down the toilet.
