Thread: 351 Clicks | $186 Revenue ... Yesterday was my BEST AdSense Day in 2008

Hey Guys,

I've noticed that my stats for Yesterday, Sunday, May 11, April was my best day in April 2008.


I got 351 clicks which still in my same clicks average of any normal day, But, I got about $186 revenue which means that i got about 53 cents FOR EACH CLICK ... That's Really HIGH for me.

I think that from time to time AdSense try to give their publishers some good CPCs

I wish I could use AdSense again, but I got banned from them for click fraud.

I heard they are really good and pay really good per click like shown above in the thread.

Well he didn't reveal much info at all so I don't see why he can't share it.

NowakFlip, I don't see how adsense is really good at all to be honest.

Hmmm... then in that case it might be alright...!

But I totally agree with NowakFlip. Adsense is a good choice for getting a good revenue from your site. The thing is people click on their own ads and get banned. This is the most annoying thing to Google and this is the reason the publishers start to hate it.

But if the ads are given similar colors to that of the sites design and placed at a right place, then the visitor will be tricked on clicking the ad. This way it will be great to the publisher as well as the advertiser to.

@Kalina why do you say it is not good at all? Why don't you agree with it?

Do not disclose confidential information about your account like the CTR, CPM and income derived via individual ad units or any other confidential information they may reveal to you. However, you may reveal the total money you make as per recent updates to the TOS.

Same terms I am aware of and he didn't share his CTR or anything they specify, anyway, it's his problem if he shouldn't share it, so we're getting way off-topic here.

pennies a day is why, others have success, great for them, all it's good for to me is to setup and leave it. I gave up on that long ago, there's other sources of revenue I prefer to focus on

Don't be soft.
As long as you don't give your account identifying features (like URLs and pub-ID) then there's no problem at all.

I wish I was getting 50 cents a click... come to think of it I wish I was getting clicks full stop!

If you have a good content on your site such as mesothelioma cancer content you can get paid up to $50 per click on AdSense, sometimes even up to $100.

I've actually heard that the mesothelioma keyword was flooded and as a result of that has completly died now. I may be wrong though.

Very true! A lot of people publish lists of high paying keywords. It's always the same list from years back. Everyone tries to make webpages based on these. DUI and college financial info are others. Never any real content, though. Just links to other sites that may really be related. They usually stuff a text area full of the keywords and hope for the best.
