Thread: Do you click ads when you vist a website?

After using Adsense, I never click ads on websites.

Do you click them?

If it's something of interest to me.

Yes and No For those that use them sorry for my next comment. Banners Yes but Google text ad no. I think they make a site look cheep and trashy. Reason of this is they remind me of the trow away papers that you don't want on your door every week you didn't scribe to them and they just waste paper.

But a banner is like the pic that breaks up the page. Reminding you this is not a text book.

Doesn't matter to me if something's an ad or not, if it's something I want to see, I click it regardless the format the link came in.

I will click ads if the topic interests me and the ads are well written.

Depends... If I get an ad which is helpful for me when I'm searching something, I do make use of it

it depends on what the ad is advertising.

When I find a good website that is useful, I click on some of their advertisements, because I know how hard is to earn money from advertisements when there is no traffic on the site.

I click whenever I required it.

Sorry advertisers: I have to say that I've also clicked ads in the past because I wanted to leave a little tip for the site owner.

I rarely ever click. It's just habit. I'm always working on my sites and make an effort to not click on anything on my sites. Because of that I usually avoid all ads on other sites as well. Sometimes, though something peaks my interest on someones site and I will click.

I really don't click on google ads, if I see something interesting I just see the URL and type in the browser

People don't need to click on my ads, because I get paid per ad impressions.

But when I see an interesting ad I click on it.

How do you get paid per impressions?

It's called cpm almost all the networks have that stuff build in them.

Google AdSense has that too. You just get paid when the ad is viewed by visitors on your site, without them needing to click.

It pays per 1,000 impressions.

I have done in the past but thats only if the advert interests me as long as its not on my own site

I click depends on the ads.. just like what other said if its interesting enough I click.. but if it's not.. I leave..

sometimes if i like the site i do it to be nice

before i became a member, i click adsense ads even today but i make sure im not logged in to the network before i do that

I do click others adsense, it's a habit If I came to a site where I found the content very informative I click their ads as sign of my thanks

It depends, if it's not interesting I will not click it. But if it does I will..

Depends if I know the owners or not, but most of the time if I see something of interest, I will click on it.

I usually click ads if anything interest me.

If it's a friends forum, of course I will. But if I don't know the admin, I click the ads that only interest me.
