They will send you a PIN code once you reach a $10.00. If you reach that they will send you a PIN code on the address you provided on Google. Be sure your address is correct, check also in your post office.

They notify you when it has been sent out. If they have already done that then just keep shouting at them and they'll eventually take notice.

My friend has also experienced that.. If you have already reached the minimum earnings but yet haven't received the pin, it's better to check first your mailing address to see if there are some errors... But if there's no error.. better to contact Adsense Admin to tell them your concern...

If you have requested pin three times and yet didn't receive the PIN, call google, they will ask you to fax them any proof of that address and your identity proof. And then they can Fax you (The account holder) your pin. (It happened to me, about 4 years back)
