Thread: Email marketing and AdSense TOS?

I want to send out a few marketing emails. Is it within the AdSense TOS to use a landing page without AdSense, that consists of nothing more than a "click here to continue" link, which goes to my main site (with AdSense)?

Email link > landing page (with no AdSense) with "click here to continue" link > main site with AdSense

The best thing to do here is to get rid off that email marketing part. Most email marketing nowadays are always treated as spam.

It's an opt in list of my real world clients - so it's not exactly spam.

May be not a spam exactly.. but it shows like it and may be considered as a spam..

I think it consider as spam if you send email in this way.
Hey and also keep that in mind if you send bulk mail simultaneously than it consider as spam and your Ip may be block.

This wasn't supposed to be a discussion about whether my emails will be considered spam or not...

Back to the question:
Even if I did spam the crap out of my landing page - is it within the TOS as long as there's no AdSense on the landing page?
