    Yes there are. Google Adsense does not support all languages in the Adsense for Content. However, the list of languages is quite long:

    Arabic | Hungarian
    Bulgarian | Italian
    Chinese (simplified) | Japanese
    Chinese (traditional) | Korean
    Croatian | Norwegian
    Czech | Polish
    Danish | Portuguese
    Dutch | Romanian
    English | Russian
    Finnish | Serbian
    French | Slovak
    German | Spanish
    Greek | Swedish
    Hebrew | Thai
    Turkish

    Yes they support only selected language european languages and english langauge
