Does anybody have blacklist of "greedy" advertisers?
It's called Made for Ads (MFA) or LCPC (low cost per click).

I tried to find it but found just AdsBlackList.com - An initiative by Concept Business Systems Ltd

This site has a big base of MFA sites but they do not allow registration (wierd). That doesn't work.
So I can't see the list.

I heard that firts of all eBay pays little money for clicks. Who else?
