I recently browsed a site and found that they were offering a lot of adsense sites at a very cheap rate with no additional hosting costs. But I missed seeing if there are any payment details that have to be taken care of at the end of the period. Why would someone give away an adsense site at so low a rate? It takes a lot of effort to get one up and running. I’d like to know your opinion on this. If anyone knows of any such site, please let me know.

I'm thinking that he is selling a site that is optimized for Adsense.
I have seen alot of them on some free template sites.
What he just did is make a proper placement of the Adsense ads so people will easily see and click it.

are you telling that some one selling sites .so that one can purchase and get adsense approved bia that sites...? it the sites looks like MFA ( made for adsense) i think then its good you can purchase

These website add some ads in website and earn money from it.

Only one reason, they are telling lies, and you are the one buying the site and getting scammed.

possibly they would insert their own ads, without telling you at all...

their is several people who sell micro niche site for earn from adsense without any efforts

I think most important is the content and traffic, if you don't have good and unique content and have less traffic.... even 1000$ theme that guarantee you to earn money won't work. So work on content ..
