Thread: My first check arrived!

It only took me like a year but I finally recieved my first adsense check! I just hope I don't spend it all in one place :slaugh:

I thought for sure for one reason or another after reading all the horror stories I'd be banned before getting payment, turns out I was not! mg:

See now, those one cent clicks do add up!

I'm only 18.89% of the way to my 1st check but then again I only have 1 site, 2.5 blogs and really they are huge traffic magnets so...but at least here I have the minds to tap in order to maximize what I do possess.

AND,

I've sent in my application to the Real World. So I'm hoping to hear back from that. I'm putting A LOT of my eggs into that basket, the MTV basket. I'm also thinking about getting a gun, and dealing crack. Being a crack dealer. Not like a mean crack dealer, but like... like a nice one. Kinda friendly like, "hey, what's up guys? Want some crack?" I'm just waiting on those two things to flesh themselves out.

Weeeeheeey! Well done! You got loucky, its when its all going to well there the problem, I made $400 in one month, got payed just covered the costs, the second month I was on about $760 mid month before I got banned. I was gutted!

Google will con you out of anything, I had proof I hadnt cheated as well! They just dont want to listen.

But good on you, hope the next one comes sooner!

Adsense really is nothing to me so it's just a bonus, I only run it on a few basically dead sites aka parked domains. For someone who counts on it though, wow that would just blow. That's part of the reason I have never really tried to go after adsense, it'd be just my luck to be making some good money just to lose it!

good job dude, now you will be one of the regulars talking about adsense on forums all day. Another one bites the dust!

I think Google should be more transparent on how they determine who has cheated. I believe that even if it is not your fault, they still do ban you for whatsomeever reason, but at least give a reason.

I am still waiting for my cheque from my personal google account..
been 16 months and $62 yet...

It wasn't that encouraging, but now that my daily revenue is up on adsense to about what my weekly used to be. I'm ummm giving it a little more thought

Way to GO!!! Some times depending on your niche it can take a while. Don't give up!

hehehe gutted you say? Like a fish out of water in the fish market? That kind of revenue jump and no click fraud screams - Myspace traffic or Proxy traffic (or maybe Paid for traffic). Guys are getting banned now for using Myspace bulletins to drive traffic and for embedding adsense onto proxies.

You shouldn't - may want to look at finding another site that is doing a few bucks a day and buying it. Put your code on it and kick it up a little.

Is it me or does Google does everything it cans to ban as many people as possible?

Nah!!.. I run my personal adsense on just one dead blog.. that gets hits once in a week.. lol

I have two adsense accounts, one is for my corporation and one is my personal..

Still waiting on my check to come a year later. Should I give up?
