(1) Maybe because your content too good..
(2) Maybe your ad placements...here some good info
Blogtimize - Optimize the ads on your blog - AdSense Help
Try different positions and avoid to use the regular adsense layout.
May be your ads placement is not good...try to change layout for your adsense ..it should be in front of the user ... dont hide your ads...
There are many reasons for low click through i have done a lot of testing and found the most important thing is people hate ads so you should try to disguise them by blending them with the webpage. If your content is good maximise ads at the end of the content if you content or webpage is crap or crapy looking put your ads at the top people will leave throught them straight away.
I think you should share your url for more help.
Dont loose your files, emails and bookmarks.Get Dmailer Sync Synchronization and backup software
Blend your ads with on Top position in combination of colors & different sizes to get attractive CTR Value
You should try optimising your content to make the adsense relevant. Again, try different ad format and positions and monitor how it performs.
You say you have traffic, but is that 10 or 1000 a day? You can't expect much from 10 per day.
Probably ad placement..... because I make $10 a week with adsense on a brand new blog
Try to place your heading under header . where visitors can see your sites easy . and also color of text of ads should be something matching with your sites.. take care of these tips you will get clicks
It depends a lot on hopw many visitors you get. Try to change the colors of the ads.

Try fine-tuning the ads. A minor change of the colour scheme can deliver results. Many people go with the rectangles but it depends on your layout and what works best.
I have read that you need to change your ads location from time to time or you can try experimenting with your ads ...why not try to place it near your content I have read that its way effective
I changed the theme with another and my CTR was increased with 200%. With similar content. You must test what is effective for you. It depends by your niche. You must test with text ads / image ads and different placements.

Give them an incentive to click the ads. Perhaps force them to click the ads for access to a page or etc. This will make it more seamless in the ads integration department and won't be too intrusive in my opinion.
Check the following (bear in minds that users in general are becoming more ADS aware, thus not clicking that much on ads)
- Change ad positioning
- Change ad formats
- Reduce number of ads
- Check Adsense Heatmap
- Redesign your site so ytou can blend better the ads.
Change your website layout. and make some attractive website for getting more visitors
in your website and also clicks.
yes I agree to all the above post. try blending you ads color , and position on your content so that it would not be easily recognize as ads.
try to trace where your visitors came from, it might be a robot.
or there's something wrong with the placement and size of your ads
Hi,
Because they may be not interested in your ad make ad that attract users of all types we may not say all users are interested in your ad
Location is everything, getting the color and placement right will help improve your click-throught rate.
