Getting traffic from traffic exchange sites.

I want to know if getting traffic from traffic exchange sites might lead to Adsense ban since i have google ads on my site.

Google will view it as incentivized traffic where people visit your pages only because you visit their's.

Yes if you do so google will treat you badly avoid this type of traffic and attract natural traffic only to save your adsense account

Yes, there is much chances to ban your Google Adsense account, if you get traffic from traffic exchange sites. So, you should try to invite traffic from search engines.
