Obviously AdSense is the industry standard. Everyone uses it and it is the best paying out there currently. I have it on my site for my business and I also use it on my Youtube accounts as a "partner" and I gain a lot of revenue that way as well.

Adsense is nice, but it would be nice if they had a bit more customizing options. People are so used to seeing google adsense now on web pages, I sometimes wonder if they bother visiting the ads that much anymore. Well any advertisement for that matter. But, adsense is one of the better programs out there that's for sure.

Adsense makes an individual to business man.
Its true.But dont try to cheat google or adsense provider.Their algorithm is unique and cannot judge it....
