I am using Casanova for few of my sites those are not doing beneficial in Adsense despite of tremendous no of pageviews.

Im also looking for an alternative to adsense, I am using bidvertiser atm but havent made any money. Is there any other good sites that can be used.

YPN is consenting choose sites only. They are even in beta and have not gone public as of yet. I used, and was told that when they go public, they'd be glad to welcome my websites.

I had no idea about alternatives to Google Adsense. But after getting to know so many other options in this thread, I will surely try them out.
