    Question Footer & Adsense Question

I just setup my Save Money While You Shop and wondered if placing the Google ad in the footer might not inadvertently violate the Adsense TOS of putting images next to the ads? Any thoughts?

You are not in violation with it as it is. What the mean is sites that line up 4 pictures to match the tops of the 4 ads displayed right below it, so it appears that the pictures and realted to the ads and therefore increase the CTR Did that make sense?

No No, I don't think you are violating the TOS in any way. Your ads are placed correctly.

    But why adcents?

There are better alternatives out there than trying to make pennies with google.
And at any time, google can ban you for a number of reasons.

Check this out, new site of mine using amazon and then using auction ads.

I just eliminated the adcents and added the auctionads.

I've been trying AuctionAds and so far, it's been disappointing .. I agree .. there are alternatives to Adsense (Chitika is a good one) but I do ok with Adsense and supplement with affiliate links where appropriate.

Right now I have an Adsense search script that is giving me an average 20% or better CTR daily so I link to the static search results from my blogs for my selected search terms.

    Example: Search "improve Adsense clicks"

I might add such a link to the bottom of a relevant blog post. Been working well.
