I looked at your site. Looked nice but I think there are some scopes to improve.

Well the 1st thing is: there are too many contents in the front page. Most viewers are lazy and tend to leave if they see this.
and the front size is too small.Making it hard too read. You can also reduce the contrast of the front just by a little. it would be much more readable.

I'm not an expert. I just gave you my opinion.
