Ahhh I got it! Go to an Adult site that you love to frequent and run a whois on them. It will let you know who is hosting the site. Go to a few sites and do this that way you can come up with a list and then comparison shop for prices.

On a first question, you can try Hostgator. They allow adult sites. They must be legal in the United States of America. I am not sure about Lunarpages.Hostgator`s price is far better than other companies so check them on their website.
There are many affiliate programs for adult website - about Intimate apparel, lingerie ,adult entertainment (DVD`s , PPV), toys Enhancement Pills (Be careful with that , in Some countries these additives are subject to special regulation laws)
Other ways , including PPC networks allowing adult content(but don`t know exact network)
