You need to download SEOquake if you are using Mozilla firefox..I am using it so I can view pagerank, alexa as well as compete and its really useful ...

I don't understand why some people think page ranking translates to traffic. It does not help in anyway shape or form. In fact, it will not move your site up the SERP, so why bother? If you are not into link selling or blogging for money, it's almost useless.

Yup I agree with you,to sell a website PR is a must. The higher the PR the more price you get :energetic:

I disagree with PR, only if you are selling links does PR matter IMO.

I agree. I used to think it would help but all it does is say how good google things your site is. I use google analytical to look at my traffic. that is what will show you.

No. A PR1 site with 1 millions visitors/day is way more valuable than a PR6 site with 2 dudes/month...

High traffic with PR means more money

Yup gotta love it.

Just download the Google tool bar and install it on the browser. When you open your websites so there will be a option for PR which shows as a symbol of rectangle.

ehh.. Do I feel a fight coming on? Don't use a sites PR as a deciding factor to link to it. You have to make your own decision. Is the site of high quality? Are there many ads on the site.. Google will not give you enough details to determine the future of your site. You have to make your own decisions on where to market your site. The PR of a site is maybe 5-10% of the reason a site will perform well in the search results.

I agree with the grit, I think that Google shares with the determination, the last I heard they have done off the page rank, PageRank is useless without a good SERPS.

for Google chrome seo state is good for page rank and too you can see Alexa rank, and for Mozilla Google toolbar is good.
