Start a test compaign and test the minimum cost per click for targeted country + keywords. I try adwords before and the result is good

Set a daliy budget so the competition doesn't click you down and cost you big bucks.

I do more low budget affiliate gigs with adwords/adcenter, but what I've found is this: If it's a keyword I thought of in under 30 seconds it's not worth my money.
Embrace the more "long tail" keywords, and it will cost you a lot less for more traffic.
Just make sure to get a lot of em.

make sure you write a good ad, let them know what it is before they click. tell them a price or something. You dont want wasted clicks.
Also I would buy links on webmaster related sites. I would think its cheaper and targeted as well.

Start out with a few longtail keywords and learn as you go. Keep making adjustments and track your conversions.
