Affiliate program for placing ads on proxified pages

I would like some opinions. Which affiliate program should I sign up for to put ads on proxified pages? AdBrite or WidgetBucks? Google does not allow AdSense on proxified pages but these other two seem to.

OK it's been a couple of days. No on can at least give me SOME insight between AdBrite and Widgetbucks? I don't want to just sign up for one without any opinions.

Try adversal popups on proxified pages. Pays good for western traffic.

Thanks for the reply. I do not like to use pop-ups on any of my sites. I just want to place ads at the top of all proxified pages. It looks like Adversal has good payouts and fast-loading ads. Do you know if they allow publishers to put ads at the top of proxified pages in Glype without the use of pop-ups?
