Thread: what is a best affiliate program?

Any one tell me.

When speaking in general I think that best affiliate program is that one that meets these crucial criteria:

1. Best Affiliate program is Referral program. Referral programs are much better than Affiliate programs. Because when you use Affiliate program you usually get paid only for one purchase or only for short time, etc. On the other side Referral programs usually give you ability to "own" member you bring "under your name" for many years (or even for lifetime) and thus it will be generating some revenue for you from all sales this person will make. (Even years after you brought him/her to the site advertised.)

2. Second one not less important thing is to promote/sell something that can be downloaded (the more easily the better). It will bring much more possibilities to promote and it is safer in terms, that you will not loose potential customers - e.g. they will see your product on your affiliate/referral website/store but they will go and buy it in shop in their own town (and thus you will have nothing from it). So if it is possible go for online goods that cannot be bought form normal/"offline" store. (Ideally they can be only downloaded.)

Very subjective matter when you say "best".
You have to try some to see which fits you best.
I tried a couple and found myhostingaffiliates.com to be very good with the payout.
Beware of some of the other programs though because most of the others don't payout and just cancel your membership.

I can say there are no good or bad affiliate p[rogramms, there are appropriate or inappropriate definitely for you. Set up a goal what do you want to achieve with the help of affiliate program? How much do you want to earn taking part in it and do you plan to make affiliate business your main source of income?

The answer is short: depends on your niche.

True but there are many out there including the one I used and mentioned in my earlier post that caters to all niches.

If you are targeting IM people. Clickbank is the place that you should check out.

I think it's a hard question to answer because whats best to me may not be best to you or anyone else. But personally I use Global Domain International. For me this is the best option.

The best one it the one that work best for you. If you can convert your traffic to nice money with a program then it means that it's good.

The only 2 I've really ever used are cj.com and clickbank.com
both have tons of advertisers and decent statistics as far as seeing what pages are getting clicks.
They're good for beginner affiliate marketers.

In my views, it is a partnership program that involves a third party performing jobs like marketing or advertising to attract customers to a business or online business site.

There are lots of affiliate program.The best is from where you are making money.If you are making money with commission junction the CJ is best to you.As I am making money with clickbank so CB is best to me.

clickbank has lots of products for affiliation but all depends on your niche.

I would like to favor the post for reciting 'Referral Programs' as its a much better option to earn from Referral program offered by various sites, as it provides long term sources of earning.

A bit of a general question, how long is a piece of string?

The best affiliate mdoels I've found were review sites affiliating with all of the services, they have the biggest bang for your buck. As it tends to mean that people are looking to buy, and are sure to go away with a good lead.

I think it is easy to find the high paying hosting affiliate programs but on another hand it is difficult to find the BEST PAYING HOSTING AFFILIATE PROGRAM. There top hosting providers like host gator and go daddy who claim to pay the higher to their affiliates with there bounded conditions. However, eUKhost also offers an web hosting affiliate program through which you can earn up to £300 per sale, which may sound impossible but it is true. eUKhost pays fixed commission and if you look at our commission structure, you will find out that, for every sale eUKhost pays more than 50% commission.

My vote would be Amazon Associate program. Of all of them I use I have earned far more from Amazon.

Trial and error, just work your way thru all of them and see what fits your needs. If your site is "all ages" it is gonna be different than if your site is "adult" but there is a large amount of options for both!

Commission Junction and clickbank are good ones to start with. They offer alot of different programs for affiliates to choose from and will make the payouts that are promised. Also there are some good sources our there that review these affiliate networks that you may want to check out.

The affiliate program that suite you depend on your niche.... I think all affiliate program are pretty good and great source for making money online.... But if we talk to best program than i would like to chose two program and those are....

well it is quite true that we have different experiences from different affiliate programs however for me I would say the best affiliate programs are click bank and commission junction. Now, not only they cater to a lot of products that you could market but I find them dependable when it comes to commission payments and others.
