Hi, first time poster here with a newb question.

My partners and I are starting up a few websites and wish to affiliate with other sites. We don't want to make any irreversible mistakes when affiliating.
It seems that many websites offer a 10% webmaster referral program.

Does this mean that one partner should affiliate first and then refer the partner/website that we expect to generate the most revenue? It would seem we make an extra 10% that way. Am I missing something?

Any tips or hints appreciated.

To the admins: Was quite easy to sign up here. Spent about 20 minutes trying to refister for a similar forum and just gave up after getting the verification code wrong too many times.
