Forget Adsense Now. WidgetBucks is the new fundamental

I heard about WidgetBucks a week back through popular bloggers like JohnCHow and Techcrunch. I used it on my blog (in my siggy) and after almost 3 days, it started showing revenues. Even same for my friend. You know whats interesting ????? The ads are too clean and beautiful and the payouts ? i got 28 cents per click and my friend too got many clicks worth around 30 - 40 cents.

Why i say WB is better to Adsense because -

1. Its more beautiful, hence more clicks.
2. More beautiful means your visitors don't think that your site is a MFA and go away.
3. More money per click

i fired it up on the following horse magazine site - check it out its on the right hand side! The only thing I don't like is that it take a few seconds to load on my site!

I am unable to see man ... WB Ads are like on my blog post sidebar and below. :S Whats wrong ? i don't see it on your blog !

LaCabra, there's a problem. I am using Firefox. When I view your site, I see the widgetbucks links flash in then disappear.

I suspect its an issue with the theme but i'm not sure!

I might give this a try on a new site that I am preparing to launch soon. I won't throw adsense away though, because that is good to me especially with the Christmas season fast approaching

I am tempted to use it. Already signed up a few days ago. I'm just not convinced about "products" on my pages since most people tend to go to more specialized sites when they're looking for deals. I've had better luck with context-sensitive offers. But I could be wrong. I will just have to put together a product based site to see how it does.

I cannot say I am convinced that WB can now replace Adsense entirely. WB has a lot of potentials, it is still too young and there is a whole lot of room for improvement in their system.

BTW, there has been a decrease of click values on Widgetbucks' ads, also just two days ago, clicks coming from outside Canada and US are no longer being credited. I'm using this ads sparingly since I really don't have product-based sites that would gain from it and most of my visitors come from Australia and Asia. I'm still eager to see people actually getting their payouts by the end of the month since it will be Widgetbucks' first payout ever.

Yeah it is quite unfortunate for publishers who are getting profits from clicks that are not coming from north America.

According to them getting these "non-converting clicks (to sales) from outside the US and Canada, are bringing down publishers' RPC" and to avoid it, they will no longer charge merchants for the said clicks, ie not pay the publisher for the click. Eventually they will add more countries that will have click credit but for the mean time this will have to do.

Don't bother with widgetbucks... their payouts are always late (by a month at least), and have been banning alot of their top affiliates. Just my 2 cents because i'm only a n00b haha.
