'DoFollow blogs' are blogs that don't apply the rel='nofollow' tag on comment links. Thus, they are perceived to be more valuable with regards Google SEO.

In building up the number of backlinks of your blog or website you should comment on do follow blogs. If you set your blog to be do follow you are telling Google to follow the comments and you are telling them that the link to the commenter should be valued.

it would be an awkward that i provide you the entire list of do follow blogs. But i will suggest you something that will surely help you in finding and will save your enough time and effort.
Suggest any keyword in Google and switch to blogs mode.
There would be a good list of blogs. Open one by one and check the comments area. In case of any previous comment check the code. if the HTML code contains

rel="dofollow"
or
there is nothing written in the link tag then the it would be a dofollow blog.
All you have to do is to ignore the blogs having rel="nofollow" ... Other than this all blogs will be qualifying the requirement of dofollow blogs.

To find dofollow blogs you should search for commentluv enable blog which give dofollow link on your comments.

You can also use nodofollow add on for check whether the blog in which you comment is give dofollow link or nofollow.

If you use SeoQuake add-on to Firefox browser it will show you exactly which pages are dofollow and which links on those pages it refers to. You can even get it to strike-through nofollow links
