Thread: Is it a good way to post blogs through question&answer widget?

I am using a iFrame widget to embed a mini help desk widget on my website. It seems they have some successful cases of improving the SEO with dynamic contents put in. Is it really useful for SEO and inLinks? The widget can be found here: Search: Silkwise, Mini Help Desk

I think as long as Google visits the page frequently it will keep up with the dynamic content. On the other hand, I've heard iFrame can interfere with SEO, but I'm not clear on that as I haven't used iFrames on any of my site so I haven't had to worry about it.

I do know that text on my dynamic twitter widget and polling widget on my blog do get indexed by Google. I see the keywords in my stats.
