Need help with my deleted blog

I have received this message from blogger that my blog is deleted by them which I dont know why they say its a SPAM blog ...

Anyway I have bought the domain from Google Apps and just renewed it after a year which was last October 14 ...Anyway since they have deleted the blog url and my blog I wonder if I can still use the domain to more it to wordpress or should I need to leave it at that and buy it again when it expires next year?I am new to this one and this is the 2nd time that happen to me ..I mean the other blog is newly made and has no content yet and they consider it a Spam....

Anyway hope you can tell me what better things to do in this one since they have deleted my blog already when i log into the url it says

Not Found
The requested URL / was not found on this server.

I don't know about your domain and since you bought it I don't think thee can take it away from you. But your blog was hosted at google's servers and they can delete it whenever they want if they feel it violates their terms of service. All you can do is request them a review of the situation and reconsider what they did and wait.

What it after I have requested for review still no actions from them? What will I do next? Can I still transfer the domain to other and re create it again?
