Can you provide more information other than using blogger?
Where was the site hosted before? With Google?

Ouch! Well I don't think that you can retrieve your site's information unless you have a backup (doubtful i'm guessing...). Your PR will not sink strait away though so you still have time to redeem yourself!

Buy some hosting, and start a new blog on the domain. Try to recreate as much of the old content as possible. I'd recommend a stand alone wordpress installation this time around....

I still have some articles stored in my PC but I want to know that if I buy some hosting how can I transfer my domain name in it ? Will it require anything or the host will do it for me? Sorry I am just new to this type of thing I mean transferring I got no idea about it yet ....

You will need to change your name server records to point towards your new host.

You registered your domain name with "ENOM, INC." I'm not familiar with them so test this before buying any hosting.

You should be able to log into your registrar "ENOM, INC." and change the name servers @ https://www.enom.com/login.aspx?page...Server.asp%3F&

Try logging in there and see if you can find an option to change your name server records. If there is, then good news! Once you purchase hosting, your host will provide you with the name servers to enter in at Enom.
    Good luck!

Yes you can point your domain name anywhere you want, once you get hosting, they should give you the details of your account, there you should be able to find name server information, that you can use to update your records at your registrar.
