Hey, I am really interested to blogging. But i have no idea about blogging and i need broad idea about start blogging. What is my first step and how can i develop a good blog.

you should first of all buy domain and than hosting and add your site to WordPress plugin
than make posts and SEo will bring visitors

If I was you, I'd start out on WordPress.com or Blogspot.com to get some practice in blogging before you go over to paid hosting and domain. This way you don't waste your money and you can get general feedback from visitors.

I suggest wordperss blogging for confused person. You try to wordpress blogging system. it is very easy.

First, think of something that interests you. Blogging is a long-term commitment so you don't want to get wrapped up in a topic that bores you to death. Also, I'd avoid the whole "how to make money blogging" kind of blog. You're new, and nobody will listen to someone who claims to make thousands and really makes nothing.

Once you've got an idea down, sit down and write out 25 post ideas. If you can't come up with 25, you need to broaden your topic or choose a new one entirely.

Then you're ready to start. I suggest starting out on an actual self-hosted domain/blog. This gives you the ability to start growing your wordpress skills and you won't be limited. It's fairly cheap (HostGator has plans that are like $4/month) so go ahead and give it a try.

I echo Sneakyheathen's good advice.
Too many people start blogging because they think it's an easy route to money. It's not. Most bloggers fall flat on their faces within the first few months.
You need to blog about something you know a lot about, have a genuine interest in and can remain passionate about long term.
It doesn't matter too much what the subject is, because the web is such a diverse place that there's bound to be an audience out there somewhere.
Keep writing original and informative content and your traffic and reputation will build.
