Only on my webservers![]()

Ubuntu user here full time, currently running Gutsy. Barely ever boot into Windows any more.
I normally run a the betas in a virtual machine but haven't had time to setup one for Heron (sp?) yet.
I used it for one year, but I switch back to Windows

I had been using Ubuntu for a few weeks but cannot get used to it.![]()
Web Directory ----- Paid Directory
I use Ubuntu too , combine it with Wine etc, I think you have a perfect system
I support http://www.webtalkforums.com
Ubuntu for me as well, the only OS on my home desktop. I also have a laptop that I run different linux on, currently Wolvix.

Cool, good to see lots of Ubuntu users here.
I had used ubuntu breezy badger since june but got tired of it and switched back to XP last week.

Actually I'm about to get a new computer with Vista preinstalled. I want to play around with and keep a working install of Vista so I can get used to it, no doubt someday I'll be forced to use it on a job.
Anywho I'm worried about partitioning the disk. I've heard some reports of WGA locking you out if the hard disc size suddenly shrinks. Anyone have any experience dual booting Vista & Ubuntu?

How about using 2 different hd's? they are not expensive now adays![]()

Actually the comp I'm looking at while it's a Wally World special has a 250 GB HD, I current have an 80 GB drive with 2 OS'es on it and I barely use half of it. Plus I always set those stupid dip switches (master/slave) the wrong way.. HD's still have them right?
Ubuntu 7.10 here.
Also testing 8.04 Hardy alphas, the latest alpha 4 looks great with the new features.
Running Mandrake here... er... I mean Mandriva almost fulltime on my lappyI dual boot Linux / XP on both the laptop and desktop. I only still use XP mostly because of photoshop.
And of course... all our servers run Linux![]()
I am beginner of linux, any good resource to learn it ?

energetic,
I think most major distros have their popular web hangouts... The one I usually end up on when I am searching for answers is linuxquestions.org. It also helps to get a spare computer and just mess around with it.
I use Debian + XFCE on my laptop.
