Found this neat little app for webcams and have been playing around with it.

Basically it's an application that let you put graphics and a background live in your webcam feed. The best part is, it works as go between so to speak you can broadcast your webcam with the animations/background in any application that uses your webcam, like Yahoo Messenger and stuff like that.
