I have never used them, but as I looked at the site and I think I found an answer to your question.

Here is an original response from Geeks.

United States Mail does not provide tracking information and therefore we are unable to give a scheduled delivery date for a package shipped via US mail. Depending on the destination of the package, shipping could take up to 8 weeks to be delivered.

Well, those geeks should opt for a simple thing the USPS has for all packages sent first class and/or priority mail.
    Called Delivery Confirmation.

So obviously they are not using that.

And if they say up to 8 weeks?
Where the crap are they sending it to?
Damn, even parcel post in the USA is at max 10 days.

It says on the site information that it can take up top 8 weeks.

They are probably sending it to China and it takes that long.

Seeing as how they say no delivery information, 8 weeks.
I would say they are covering their butts cause they can take their little sweet time about actually mailing it out.
