I am having a dual OS system, one OS is in C:/ and another in D:/.The OS in D: is not loading properly.
In safe its loading but I can do disk checkup.It stops in 85%.
What can be the reason ?

Probably.
Either some Windows files and/or the registry is occupying space on a bad sector(s).

Run a chkdsk.
If you can't chkdsk, i have questions.
Is the D:\ a partition?
Or is it it's own drive?
If it's it's own drive, try downloading the ubuntu live disk, then force-mounting the hard drive.
Once you get it to mount (google for instructions) you can restart, and it will run the chkdsk.
Not yet fixed.

how big is the hard drive you have theys on?
