Thread: Mozilla Firefox 3.0 Critical Problem

So, today I decided to install the new Mozilla Firefox 3.0 version.

The installation went perfectly fine but then problems started to happen.

When I clicked on the Firefox icon then all the external stuff has shutdown.

My mouse, keyboard, speakers have stopped working when I clicked on the Firefox icon on my desktop.

Now I'm on my laptop and trying to figure out what to do, because I can't even move my mouse and keyboard is not working.

Update

I was trying to re-install my windows vista, but on the startup it says to press a key to bot from the cd.

And the problem is that the whole external system is not working and I can't press any key on the keyboard.

I found another keyboard and mouse in my house and now everything is working perfectly.

Except the before keyboard and mouse is not working, neither the speakers.

Just when I clicked on the icon those problems happen right away.

What do you think the issue is, because I have no clue.

That sounds totally weird. Is it still the same?

I have re-installed my operation system last night and now everything is working back to normal and I decided to give another try to Mozilla Firefox 3.0 after all that stuff happened with external devices and now no problems have happened. I think there was a small complication between the programs I had on my computer and Mozilla Firefox 3.0. But at least everything is working back to normal again.

So, that means you got FF3 working Nowak? D;

Dont' want to download FF3 on my laptop if it will mess up my vista too. :P

Yes, now the Mozilla Firefox 3.0 is working perfectly after I have re-installed my Windows Vista.

There was a probably a complication between Mozilla Firefox 3.0 and other programs I had on my computer.

But now I have a clean version of Windows Vista and a new version of Mozilla Firefox 3.0

i'm a vista user with ff3, no problems so far

Even i didn't come across any such problems

Just had to point out,
I come back to this thread, discussing Firefox.
And an advertisement for Flock, another browser, was on the page.

Nowak, I think what ever happened to your hardware was a coincidence. I installed FF 3 on 4 Vista computers as soon as it came out with no issues.

Yea, it was probably some coincidence with other programs and Firefox.

But I'm glad everything is working perfectly again after I have re-installed my operation system.
