Need some info folks.

Doing a networking module and our group has to redesign the computer network for a fictional company.

We though that a price comparision site for their industry would be a good thing to offer them. It would need to access the databases of other companies which all have different forms to fill in.

What is the best way to go about this, entering data only once.
