Which is better Google Chrome or Firefox

I do like Google Chrome a lot but Firefox still the big hump, if you asking me why I would say because of lot of extensions and such a support from the Mozilla team, and forum and contributors..

I have no idea why it’s become so popular, but they wanted to smash Internet Explore back in time but I think internet explorer now getting idea from Firefox and tabs things.

for me, i'll go for firefox still... before i'm used to with the explorer but now firefox is more for me... google chrome, i don't know... i will try.

I would vote for Google chrome.. It's fast and easy to use.. It opens immediately unlike firefox.. Although I like both, I still prefer chrome.. Also, my firefox can't recover my tabs and it crashes at times even if I am using the latest version.. I just don't know why..

I prefer Firefox because of all the plugins. But if a website isn't loading in Firefox, I would always try Chrome.

Oh its not a good question.. and all knows Firefox the best and second Internet Explore .. again.. again asking.. getting bored.... expecting something good and informative query to discuss

FireFox is better for me as there are so many different useful plugins like formdillers, rank checkers and so on

I still prefer using firefox for google chrome still has some bugs and flaws in it, also firefox is compatible with a lot of SEO applications.

Firefox definitely. Chrome doesn't have as much functionality.

Google chrome is also good but maturity is a main factor. may be after a year.

Chrome crashes way too often. Its not good with websites with flash on it at all. Needs more and more improvements.

Firefox because of the useful add-ons. But Chrome over IE.

I use Firefox because of the toolbars we have available arround. The strange things is that Google Chrome has no support for PR... strange.

Google Chrome is more efficient because it doesn't use so much memory. And also, if you're using Firefox and you have 20open tabs, you will have a single process running, that uses 200mb memory. Instead, Chrome will open 20 processes that use 10mb memory each. The advantage is that if one of your tabs crashes (let's say because of a plugin), you can only kill that process, without affecting the other tabs you may be working with.

Just download the Google chrome last month. And I find it faster than Firefox. But I will prefer to use Firefox because it helps me to lessen my given task. With the help of addons tools. I'm just using Google chrome for my personal browsing.

For me Firefox is the best. It is fast and unlike in Chrome, Firefox doesn't consume too much of your computer's memory.

i like firefox.. it is easy to load..

I prefer Firefox as it has been tested already, I mean we have been working with it for some time, but Chrome is a bit young.

Chrome at home. Firefox at work. I can't live (or code) without Firebug extension.

I feel Firefox should concentrate more on memory management/performance rather than new features.

I like firefox...With the add-ons tools we learn many tasks...Download and installation is very easy.

I use both Firefox and Chrome at the same time. I prefer Firefox though because of its huge add-ons, but the one thing that gets into me with Firefox is the huge memory that it consumes.

It looks like Chrome is implementing add-ons on their browser, once that is done I would probably stop using Firefox.

firefox is so much better because you can put in some plugin to automate your surfing

I do like firefox before but because sometimes I tend to experienced problems with it then I tend to use Chrome and it was much faster the only problems I guess is that some features of firefox which I like isnt in Chrome

Firefox no doubt in my mind. Chrome has problems with tables.

I haven't tried chrome and no idea what it's feature are. I've been using firefox for eternity. I'm comfortable with firefox and the toolbars or plugins are of big help. But I'll try chrome if I got time.

IE FTW, chrome broke on me after a day of using it. never liked firefox.

Google Chrome is too basic. The adaptability of Firefox is second to none and it seems to work on every website I have ever used it on. I cannot say the same for Google Chrome.

I personally beleive Google Chrome is just another tool for big brother to keeps tracks on people. Which Google is known for..

Still firefox because i love some of their plug-ins.

I'm using Firefox because I like their addons features.

I still go for Firefox because of its plug-ins that I really need in my work. I can really switch to google chrome especially if it has its plug-ins like in firefox

Well will go for a Firefox still.I know Google Chrome is good speedy too but i haven't used Google Chrome much.so in my opinion would go to Firefox.

Just think that there's no Google toolbar for Google Chrome. :yuk:

I use firefox, because it provides many plugins to help me when browsing. I do not now about chrome yet. But it could be a good browser from google.. CMIIW
