Which TV tuner Card is best??

I need to record TV program. DIVX quality.

Pinnacle is good! I suggest you buy external one.
TV tuner cards are of the past and I suggest you go for HDTV where you can plug PC and TV at same time. That’s what I use after using TV tuner cards so long and I love it!!!

Actually bestbuy has some nice ones if you want to check into that. They have them pretty cheap too.
