Thread: Make Firefox Open Multiple Homepages Everytime Its Started

Firefox supports tabs that are used to open multiple tabs within a single browser window. You can also have the option here to open multiple home pages in individual tabs at once.

Here’s how you can customize Firefox to automatically open multiple tabs with your favorite websites on start up or when you click ‘Home‘.

Select ‘Tools > Options’

Select the ‘Main‘ tab

In the ‘Startup‘ group, select ‘Show my home page’ from the ‘When Firefox Starts’ drop-down list

In the ‘Home Page‘ section, type in the name of the sites you wish to open by separating each one with a ‘|‘ (vertical line or Pipe) Click ‘OK‘

This is a favorite feature of mine, in fact, in my case, when ff opens it loads two pages for me, my site, and my site's admin page. It works real well for me.

cool! i usually save the urls before signout before and feel bad whenever i'm not able to save them. this really helps a lot. thanks!
