Need an estimate w/ Flash for site.Help!!

Hey. I need some help on my site www.1-mma.com . I want it to eventually be a directory site. I would like to see if anyone who knows Flash could tell me how much a map of Michigan would be. My best example is www.gateuk.com . I want a map of michigan that has all the county borders in it. I want to be able to hover over the mid-michigan counties with the mouse and click on them. So if you know Flash or any good tutorial sites on Flash then please help. - BK
