Fantastico errors..Help!

I did the autoinstall of Fantastico through cpanel on hostgator. It auto create SQL and everything but when I try to upload my email list I get all db/SQL errors. Even when I try to do a csv file it doesn't recognize it as email file. Any ideas how I can get this working right?

What did you try to install and can you paste the errors? The paths or permissions could be wrong.

database error 1146 while doing query table demsco1_plst1.phplist_user_user doesn't exist. When I try to import users

1064 db error while doing query you have an error in your sql syntax

I noticed that some times the permissions are not set in a installation read the documentation and check the permissions

Are you sure that the database of emails is not too big? Maybe you should split the database.

for such issues without the access its difficult to find issues, so your best bet is to delete the install and start it again, if you still see the same issue, than the fastest support you should receive it from your host.

From here what I understand is, you have probably installed some application which is conflicting with the database where the emails are not being added to the right database. I would suggest you to try and recollect the application which you had installed using Fantastico after which you started facing the issue. Maybe if you uninstall it, your problem might get solved. If not then the database needs to be looken into if that is causing the issue.

It would be better to get in touch with your hosts technical support to find a solution to this issue, as there are certain facts that needs to be known for troubleshooting the issue.
