To create an e-mail address in cPanel:

    1) Log into cPanel
    2) Go to 'Email Accounts' under 'Mail'
    3) Find where it says 'In this area you can manage the email accounts associated with your domain(s).'
    4) Underneath that, where it says 'Email:', enter the first part of the e-mail address (before the @ symbol). Use the pulldown box next to it to select which domain you are adding the address for.
    5) Where it says 'Password:' enter the password for this e-mail account. Optionally, you can click the 'Password Generator' button to have cPanel create a strong password for you.
    6) Where it says 'Password (again):' enter the password again to verify.
    7) Where it says 'Mailbox Quota:', select the size in MB for the account.
    8) Click the 'Create Account' button and you're done.

Just read some tutorials, cPanel is so well laid out and easy to use, even a complete novice shouldn't have a problem using it.

There is nothing much in that which you have to learn, just login in cpanel account provided by your webhost, and there is a link "webmail" and you have all options in it, just explore it

Solid directions right there. You can also watch the videos of course or ask your host to show you via their support. I didn't know how to when I first started out either so I got help through tech support.

Also, if your host has a Wiki, there will always be instructions to follow with tutorial pictures. That is how I learned all the powers and features of cPanel.
