    Default Moving SQL Data Base

I did a tutorial on this some where, not sure which forum it's on though.. Anyhow.

Open cPanel, click on mySQL databases on your main page:

Scroll down to the bottom of the database management page, click phpMyAdmin:

In the left frame select the database you want to import to from the drop down:

Once the table listing comes up in the right frame, click import on the top of the page.

This will come up, hit browse, find the file (.txt, .csv, .sql), and press Go at the bottom of the page.

Depending on how big the file is it may take a little bit. If the database is large you will have to import it via the command line.. If you need that, Noppid has a great write up on his site, I'll find the link for ya.
