Dual Core Intel Servers

I'm looking into upgrading one of my servers from a 3.0 HT Intel cpu with 1 gig of ram to a Core 2 DUO E6400 with 2 gigs of ram.

Anyone running a core 2 duo? See decent performance increases over the old HT cpus for servers?

I do not currently offer any 6400s and have not seen them directly but have heard some good things about them. Toms Hardward shows on a CP benchmark that the 6400 rates double that of the P4. Benchmark is not live but still a starting point.
