From where I can buy cheap dedicated servers and resell with some profit ?

You can get really cheap dedicated servers from http://servers.aplus.net/
I have never used them, so I don't know what is the quality of the servers.
But you might try them and let all of us know how's the quality of those servers.
I know with their recent problems the planet may seems like a bad idea, but I have always though their servers were very well priced.

well even I was searchi8ng for that but I end up with nothing .

well always cheap dedicated servers will not work good and even the people while buying look at the service and you don't expect any type of profit from the cheap dedecated server.
try theplanet.com or softlayer.com we have opur server there only
Check ecatel.net. They are good. I have one server with them. Their datacenter is in NL.
But they do not offer cPanel. Only DA i think.
Oops sorry, i think they have boosted their prices.Anyways, email them for to be sure.

I would recommend HostDime.com for reseller, tho. I have the $30-package, with 3 TBs of transfer and 40 GBs of storage. Although I am hosted with them for 1 month already, I can say that they're good. Search for reviews.
So if you are starting with selling hosting, as marrygoround said, get reseller hosting first, then after you become bigger, move to a dedicated server. Don't go straight to dedicated, because it's expensive and hard for maintenance unless you get managed dedicated which is too expensive for starting a hosting company.
You can get cheap servers anywhere just look at all the replies. It is the support that is important. I had one with the Planet and one with sliehost. Both failed me with support. I have a box now with Server Intellect and pay more than 100$ but I get support and response times. That is worth more than a cheap server. Once you have run a few critical sites you will understand that cheap server is what you learn with not what you host your important sites with.
I recommend Bodhost.com. I have seen they offer deal right now.
And while choosing dedicated server provider I think that better make sure that you are going to the decent and true company, not reseller. I think that also better to make sure what level of server do they offer I mean management. Price is important but other factors are important as well.

Just tell Ash that Justin sent you. Also VPS are available starting at just 6$ per Month. No setup fees on any server and Service is A1
I would suggest going with The Planet. If you time it properly you can also get one of there deals, they have a crush the competition deal currently where they will give you the first month free if you are leaving another provider for them.
They tend to have double RAM promotions or free HD promotions as well. They have been around for a while and have really improved how they operate which is why all of my servers are with them.
You could try burst.net or wholesaleinternet.com
Theplanet/servermatrix has a reseller program with some cheap servers. Worth checking out at least. As far as support/uptime is concerned, SM is good(but not great). Support has always been responsive and uptime is pretty good its just that they have 100,000 customers so you arent anything to them.
