Thread: good dedicated or vps host for video site

looking for a good vps or dedicated that i can put my video website on, would have to be able to handle 500gig + + of traffic per month.

in regards to cost am looking around $25-$35 per month.

anyone have any recomendations.??

Might want to up your budget if you're looking for 'good'

Especially if you require cpanel and the like. Cpanel can cost your budget alone for a dedicated solution.

It varies, but for VPS and Dedicated servers It usually costs upwards of $15 Per Month. If you can find one with LxAdmin which is free this may bring the price down a little bit. Although I wouldn't really recommend Lxadmin.

Dedicated, Cpanel usually costs $20-$35 a month minimum, unless the host pads their prices.

You won't find a dedi for $30-$35 a mo.....VPS's are about $40 each for a decent one...

Well burst would fit you up with one for that, but good luck with it. Burst are terrible.

The best place to get a dedicated server is from 'The Planet'. These guys are one of the biggest with great service. Hostgator gets all their servers from these guys. I have almost all my sites running on a dedicated server from these guys. Hope this helps.

You could also look into liquidweb, I have a great expirience with them for a long time now, the best support I ever seen and they have a good pricing too.

And no I don't work for this company, I'm just satisfied.
