Crap! Ideas?

Alright so a few days ago, our partner ordered one of the dedicated servers from FDCservers.net. But apparently, they refunded him for whatever reason even after having emailing them. Really lost as to why.

At any rate, now we need to move to a new server and not sure who to go with as we were pretty set to go with FDC. Hopefully someone can help me in finding a reputable company that has 90% - 95% of what we are seeking with the amount we can afford monthly. The following are the specs for the server we were all hoping to get (and US based):

CPU - Core2Duo 6550
Memory - 2GB RAM
Hard Disk Space - 400GB HDD
100Mbit port - full duplex
Cpanel - unlimited domains
WHMreseller
CentOS 5 or Fedora OS

We need something like this above or what our specs are now:

CENTOS OS
Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU Q9300 @ 2.50GHz
Memory - 4GB Ram
Hard Disk Space - 500GB HDD
Bandwidth - 3TB
WHM/Cpanel - unlimited domains
WHMreseller

We need to be able to upgrade easy space, bandwidth and etc as well. I always seem to forget stuff in my posts lol, budget is around $200 - $230

What is your budget?

SoftLayer is a bit more expensive than other providers out there but we've been with them for quite some time and we are *VERY* happy with them. Not to mention that their management portal is amazingly powerful.

Plus it helps that they have 8 redundant networks to their Dallas DC

Thanks everyone. Found one and got a great deal too, half the cost of what it was suppose to be from Singlehop and their setup time was impressive. We'll see how they turn out and then go from there. Again, thank you.
