Well, never heard about them much, but looking at their site information it looks fine.

Virtualizor is a web based control panel it supports OpenVZ, Xen PV, Xen HVM, and Linux KVM virtualization and the most important, it is a product of a Softaculous. The cost of Virtualizor is very low, as compared to other.
SolusVM is a powerful GUI based VPS management system and it is in market since long time, so I would recommend you to go with SolusVM, because Virtualizor recently launched and it is still questionable that how well does it work with KVM?
I believe that the choice mainly depends on webmasters personal needs and what he/she is going to accomplish.
I really like SolusVM. You should give the UI a try. DO NOTE: It's your personal choice, so be sure to experiment with both.
SolusVM is dominating the world. Most of web companies use it (unless they have their own software, like Linode for example). But it comes at a price, so it would be good only if you have 10+ VPS clients (if you're asking for that reason), or if you have a few dollars to spend for yourself. It has plugins for WHMCS and some other cart systems, so it's the best for selling VPS's.
I agreed with btk95. And I would like to suggest OP to test both panels for a testing purpose. So he can choose one of them according to his comfort level.
I prefer SolusVM but Virtualizor does look good.
