There is an ability to use “Sent Items” and “Deleted” folders only when IMAP service is utilized. By default Plesk uses MailEnable standard edition as a primary mail server. This edition does not support IMAP protocol. Therefore, there is no chances to use custom folders in Horde.If you want “Sent Items”, “Deleted” and other custom folders to be accessible you need to use the mail server which supports IMAP service.

IMAP service is supported by the following mail servers which you can use along with Plesk:

1. MailEnable Professional Edition.
2. MailEnable Enterprise Edition.
3. Merak Mail Server.
4. SmarterMail mail server.
