Reciprocal directories is what?
is it to get back links or what?

Those are directories where they link to you if you link back to them.
In other words getting a link is costing you a link, so there's no real net gain. In my book that makes them bad!

If you must use directories, aim for completely free ones instead.
As I said in a previous thread, only go for directories where your link is going to be listed on a high PR 'dofollow' page. Most directories have redirects on their links, meaning you don't get any PR juice from them. Try and avoid these redirect directories too.

It is feasible, yes. But unless you choose the right directories (PR, dofollow, traffic, no redirect scripts) the time and effort of submitting outweighs the benefits.
