Submissions to a directory that is no live

Been messing with a directory on a new domain.
Get it looking the way I want, with the categories/subs I want.

Never told a soul the url.

So I get submissions to it every day!

How does that happen? How does one find a new directory that is not known to anybody?

Did you check the site statistic?How they come to your site?

Perhaps thru search engines?
Possible that Search engines could pick up your site and rank it for some terms.

Yes, only thing I can see is yahoo and msn came by first.
Then later here comes google.

Guess this directory should be finished up shortly, if I get ambitious!!!

Just finished up my latest project, and surprise, suprise! as Gomer would say, it is not a directory.

May announce this one shortly tonight.
