Where's my phplinkdirectory

About 7 Hours ago I bought PHPLinkDirectory from phplinkdirectory.com and there is no download link to download it in the downloads section. I also can not see any contact us or email to contact them. Anyone have any ideas??

I have tried there but will try again. There service is terrible

UPDATE:

Apparently It takes 8+ Hours for me to be able to download what I paid for. Apparently vBulletin do this to?? Ive never had to wait 8 hours with vBulletin. Also apparently Most hosts make you wait 8 hours too. Yeah Whatever.... Not much impressed with their service

Thats strange, I have never come across anything like that, I always get a link in an email asap they get the money but never 8 hours later.

I finally got the download link and have my PR3 Directory up and running. Yippie!

Hmmmm...never had a problem with them myself.

dvduval is the owner and he is on this forum off and on.
Let him know your problem and see what he says and can do about it for the future.

It actually happens with them. I've had a license and it took around 10 hours for it to show up in the downloads area. They could improve their service

When I bought a license; the download link was up there as soon as I finished paying with paypal.

It usually takes about 8 hours to get approved.

I to had the same question, but posted a support inquiry about it on their forums and they informed me there its to prevent fraud and all that sneaky stuff!

Glad you got it, its a pretty awesome script
